1034 • Keeping Your Eye On The Prize (Monday Mindset)
Welcome to another Monday mindset. Today I am fired up because I want to talk about something that needs to be discussed. Keeping your eye on the prize. I’ve talked a lot about why are you doing whatever you’re doing?
My daughter is playing beach volleyball right now. A lot of you have listened to the podcast or have watched the replays on the coffee talks.
My 13-year-old is doing beach volleyball. Her “why” she is doing this is because she loves the competition. She is having fun but wants to get better.
Eventually, she wants to go to a college with some beach volleyball experience. So that’s what her goal is. That’s her “why” she is doing this.
We have to have shorter targets or what I call the prizes or payoffs to keep your eye on the prize. All of this is discussed more in this episode. Watch this episode below or listen to it above.
