We’ve talked about it internally. Chris Schaffer and I will turn this into something that will be our main thing.
You could take niche properties, training, and build a brand. You could use the same technique and take it a little further. Within niche properties, what we’re doing is we’re building digital real estate.
We’re finding a niche and validating that it has traffic and whether it can be monetized.
